Child Disputes: We have acted for both fathers and mothers in numerous cases involving contact to children and in obtaining Residence Orders for children.

We have acted for both fathers and mothers in contact cases.We have applied for and obtained a large number of Orders for contact. We have also obtained Shared Residence Orders.

We have acted on numerous occasions to enforce Contact Orders. We have also acted in relation to cases involving removing children from the jurisdiction.

We have acted both for fathers trying to prevent removal of children from the UK and for mothers trying to move from the UK to the USA, Australia, France, Austria and from Dubai with children.

We have also acted for mothers in cases involving serious concerns for children’s welfare in contact cases e.g in assault cases, drug cases and also in sexual abuse cases.

We also have advised on Specific Issue Orders for instance in relation to obtaining the courts ruling on schools, on operations and on change of children’s surnames.

We have obtained Prohibited Steps Orders which are orders preventing a person from taking a step or action in relation to children.
